Last month, I had the worst case of dizziness ever. My family Dr. sent me to Bloomfield Hearing for my dizziness testing then to one of the physicians at Michigan Ear, Nose and Throat. I never realized being dizzy could be so frightening. The close personal attention I got from the Audiologist was unforgettable. Her professionalism and pleasantness gave me comfort. The test she performed helped my Dr. determine the best treatment for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

I’ve gotten hearing aids at other places. I always felt as if they were trying sell me the most expensive equipment on the market. I really felt like saying, but I don’t need a remote control for my hearing aid. I understand there are people that like those things but I just wanted to hear better. During my visit at Bloomfield Hearing, I never felt pressure, instead I was given a wide range of hearing aids to choose from with all the options I would need. After I received my hearing aids, the audiologist made sure they fit properly, and I knew how to use them. These experiences have taught me that I will never go anywhere else besides Bloomfield Hearing.
