I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer from a biopsy. It was necessary to have my thyroid taken out. I had to reschedule my surgery due to personal reasons that could not be avoided. I was happy that the doctor was able to perform it in a timely manner despite my personal issues. My surgery went well and I’m on my way to recovering. I can only tell you that I really got the feeling that the doctors and office staff were professional and caring through the entire process. They went out of their way to help me through the process.

I went to Michigan ENT Associates for nasal congestion. When looking in my nose, he saw a rough area and after thoroughly discussing the procedure with me he proceeded to biopsy the area in the office. I was quite worried. I’m an autoworker and I’ve worked with different chemicals in the tool room over many years. The biopsy turned out OK and I was so relieved. The physicians and staff at the office really know how to make you feel comfortable in times of stress. Thank you.
